The Awakened Edit

Digital products
All products currently sold by The Awakened Edit are digital downloads. No physical products will be posted or delivered.
Once payment has been confirmed, your purchased digital artwork will be made available electronically, subject to the delivery arrangements described at checkout.
Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days from the day after entering into a contract for digital content to cancel your purchase.
Where you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, your statutory 14-day cancellation right will end when supply begins, provided the applicable legal requirements, including contract confirmation, have been satisfied.
If those requirements have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Faulty or incorrect downloads
If your digital file is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible or does not match its description, please contact us.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Printing your artwork
Digital downloads are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Please check the file formats and dimensions before purchasing.
Printed colours and appearance may vary depending on your printer, paper, ink and display settings. This does not affect your rights where digital content fails to conform to its description.

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to respond within two working days.
Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law, normally to the original payment method.
